At Dream Fit, we are committed to the success of every individual who walks through our doors. We know that your health and fitness journey is unique to you, and we want to see you realize your potential. To become the best version of yourself, both inside and outside of the gym. That’s why our knowledgeable coaches take the time to get to know you and your goals on a personal level. We offer individualized attention, but you are never in this alone. We’ve built our community on a foundation of support and accountability. Which means we’re all with you, from start to finish. 

By combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with proper nutrition, we provide a 360° solution for your health and fitness goals. In our group HIIT classes, you’ll get individual attention from one of our experienced staff members. At the same time, you’ll get the positive energy and support that comes from working out with a group. We all want you to show up, be consistent, and get results.

We want you to get in an awesome workout. But we also want you to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle that extends beyond the four walls of our gym. And nutrition plays a significant role in creating that lifestyle. Eating good nutritious meals ensures you’re getting the proper fuel you need to make it through your day with plenty of energy. That’s why Dream Fit also provides a meal planning and meal prep service for our members.

MEET OUR TRAINERS

Owner / Personal Trainer – Coach Kim

I am the new owner of Dreamfit – Fitness and nutrition are my passion. I competed at NPC level for 10 years. I’ve transformed myself with a lot of hardwork, dedication and discipline. Helping people and being a positive influence is something I love to do. Anything is possible if you have the right people in your corner. My team is one of the best you will find. Caring, compassionate, and positive vibes- the best in the business. We want to help everyone and guide anyone to their fitness levels. We have ages from 15 years of age to 75 years young. Whatever you need to overcome – my team is there to help you accomplish just that. Give us a try – I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Coach Will

My Name is Coach Will i have passion for fitness that spans over six years,I brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to my role as a trainer. I was in Portland, Oregon, and raised in Naples, FL. My athletic journey began with multiple sports, including football, basketball, and track. Although injuries led me to shift my focus, my love for working out and witnessing personal transformation—mentally, physically, and spiritually—grew stronger. I hold an ISSA certification and is also certified in nutrition and bodywork, allowing me to offer comprehensive stretching services. Over the past five years, I worked with clients ranging from ages 10 to 85, guiding them through effective fitness and wellness programs. Dedicated to helping individuals renovate their temples, I’m committed to empowering each client to achieve their best.

Coach T

Terrence was born and raised in Louisiana where he grew up with a passion for athletics and fitness. This passion led him through high school athletics that propelled him into some collegiate athletics as well.

Terrence is a NASM Certified personal trainer with 10+ years of experience. His expertise consists of strength training, weight loss, HIIT Training and some specific sports position training as well.

Terrence enjoys helping people transform their lives physically and mentally while educating them along the way. He has been involved in various fitness related projects and activities. A few of those activities range from hosting fitness fun days for kids, organizing boot camps and both planning while competing in an annual flag football tournament in his hometown.

In his downtime, Terrence enjoys traveling and spending time with family. Outside of supporting his two favorite football teams, LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints, he also appreciates the love of art.

Terrence considers himself a diverse trainer with the ability to help anyone in need. His approach to fitness is a lifelong behavior modification for continuous improvements. His favorite type of client is someone with a goal that possesses the willingness to work hard towards it.

Coach Alli

Hi! My name is Coach Alli, and I am so excited to be a part of the Dreamfit family. I bring over a decade of experience coaching competitive athletes to a fresh, dynamic environment focused on fitness. As a certified personal trainer, I’m excited to blend my background in high-level athletic training with the innovative, community-centered approach that Dreamfit is known for.

I specialize in group classes, private training sessions, and targeted coaching for HYROX athletes. My approach is rooted in support, motivation, and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client feels understood and empowered to reach their full potential. Whether you’re stepping into your first workout or preparing for a competitive event, I’m dedicated to guiding you with expertise and genuine care.

Coach Leia

I have been a personal trainer for 5 years now and I specialize in corrective exercise, strength training and mobility. I am a certified strength and conditioning coach with NSCA, have my bachelors degree in Exercise Science, and am currently in my final year to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. In my free time I enjoy training martial arts including Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu. I also love cooking for friends and family and going to the beach.
