By combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with proper nutrition, we provide a 360° solution for your health and fitness goals. In our group HIIT classes, you’ll get individual attention from one of our experienced staff members. At the same time, you’ll get the positive energy and support that comes from working out with a group. We all want you to show up, be consistent, and get results.
We want you to get in an awesome workout. But we also want you to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle that extends beyond the four walls of our gym. And nutrition plays a significant role in creating that lifestyle. Eating good nutritious meals ensures you’re getting the proper fuel you need to make it through your day with plenty of energy. That’s why Dream Fit also provides a meal planning and meal prep service for our members.

MEET OUR TRAINERS
My name is Michael DeLeo and fitness saved my life. Thirteen years ago, I weighed 280 pounds with a 43-inch waist. At that point, I decided it was time to make a change. In six months, I lost 85 pounds and found a passion for fitness. With a new mindset and body to match, I began helping others achieve their goals of a healthier lifestyle.
I hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training, and I am Precision Nutrition, Level 1 certified. I hold certs from Supplement RX and Dot Fit. I have my Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College and was Honorably Discharged from the United States Air Force.
I look forward to sharing my passion and helping you change your life.
When Coach Mike asked me if wanted to join the DreamFit team and offer Chiropractic and rehab services to its members, the answer was simple absolutely! My mission has been to offer unmatched chiropractic care to the community for the last 11 years and to team up with someone who has that same vision to create a healthier community through proper movement, nutrition and lifestyle choices is exciting to be part of! Together we are looking forward to taking everyone to their Next Level of Greatness!
I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness for the past 15 years. I came to yoga as a way of dealing with anxiety and depression and has a passion to share these tools with those she meets. My classes are a mix of slow flow and yin (deep stretching) that focus on the importance of proper alignment, emphasizing connection to the breath. I bring yoga and mindfulness to local businesses and communities as well as being a wellness advocate and yoga instructor for Lee Health. Yoga even if you think you aren’t ‘flexible enough’ is the perfect compliment for High intensity workouts.
My name is Tracy Silverstein and I am a Registered Dietitian, Licensed in the state of Florida, with a specialty in nutrition support. I received my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University in 2001. While most of my practice has been in a critical care/clinical setting, I truly love helping people with anything that I can. I initially became interested in dietetics because of a personal struggle with my own weight. Even after obtaining my degree, it was still a constant battle, despite the fact that I was an RD and knew what to do. I was also a self-proclaimed exercise hater. Just like my diet and weight, my exercise routine was a repetitive cycle of up and down, stop and start. Then in 2017, I set out determined to change that forever. I joined another gym, but this time it was a different format-group exercise/HIIT programming and dedicated coaching from trainers. I loved it! I lost 60# in the span of 8 months, and was hooked on my new healthy lifestyle. So, when the opportunity presented itself to work with one of the coaches who had such a big impact on my success, how could I pass it up? I’m so honored and excited to be a part of the DreamFit team and I look forward to celebrating all of your successes!
