Dream Fit’s High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes provide you with personal training in a group atmosphere. Our HIIT classes deliver on personal attention in a fun, motivating, and supportive class environment. We tailor our coaching style to your personal preference and motivate only in the way that works best for you.
No matter if your goal is to reduce body fat, increase muscle mass, build strength, or improve your overall health and performance, our HIIT classes will get you the results you seek. Each HIIT workout is made up of high-intensity intervals followed by periods of rest. The intervals are designed to get your heart rate high, and the recovery period gives your body a break before the next interval.
We program our HIIT workouts according to the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Optimum Performance Training Model. Rooted in science, this model targets endurance, strength, and power in specific training phases. We structure our classes so that you get an effective warm-up, a high-intensity workout, and a final cool down.
While each class does the same daily workout, we understand that one size does not fit all. We’ll modify a workout or its specific movements so that you can challenge yourself without extending beyond what is realistic for you and your current fitness level.
