FAQ

We ask that clients bring a clean pair of shoes to change into, a water bottle, and a towel. Go at your own pace the first workout. Our staff will be there to support you the entire way.

Unfortunately, we do not. We offer a two week trial program that you can take advantage of once per year. 

The reason we don’t offer a free trial is because typically new people require the most attention in class. We would never want to compromise the integrity of a class or pull away from our existing members.

We typically recommend 3x a week, but listen to your body. If you can come more, great. If you can barely get out of bed in the morning, do you really need to push it? Probably not. We would rather have you out 2 days rather than 2 months because you got injured.

No, we do not. Based on space and limited time between classes, we do not offer showers.

Your first day we ask you to come in 15 minutes prior to class starting. You will be greeted by one of our team members. If you have any paperwork that needs to be filled out, we will take care of it at this time. One of our trainers will walk through the workout with you and pair you up with one of our veterans who may be working out in that class. This is a fitness community – everyone is here to support everyone.
